    Frog gigging trips are done during the summer months and into early fall. The areas we primarily hunt are seasonal based on the vegetation growth as well as temperature since frogs do not like the cold. Because of this summer and early fall are the best times to come enjoy this true feel of the south. Contact us for the latest reports on frogging and to book your charter!

    Please purchase your license prior to arriving at the ramp for you trip. All you need is a Florida Freshwater Fishing License and it can be purchased online at gooutdoorsflorida.com

Come experience a true southern past time and gig some delicious frog legs for dinner!

We will venture out into the marshes of Central Florida at night on a custom rigged GatorTrax surface drive boat equipped with Outrigger LED lights to hunt our quarry. This is a great trip for kids or the whole family. As you sneak slowly through the marsh to get your frogs, you’ll get to experience the night life of the local marshes. You’ll see more alligators in their natural habitat than you can count, tons of bird species resting the the trees and get a unique perspective of the nighttime fish activity. All while having a blast gigging some frogs to take home and deep fry.

Frogging trips are best in late spring through early fall when it is hot out.
